Delivery of your plants

*All of our plants are delivered by  APC overnight courier with Tracking system
Once they leave the nursery they should be delivered the next day - ensuring that the plants are only in their boxes for the minimum amount of time 
If you have provided an email address you will receive an email from the Courier company telling you that your plants are booked in and on their way - you should be able to track your order from here 
Please check your address is correct - and providing a telephone number is  helpful esp if there is a problem

*Unless otherwise stated our plants will be in a 1 Litre pot
Plants are well packed into boxes designed to give the plants the best chance to arrive in a good condition
Plants are packed in boxes with cardboard dividers and caned with assistance of cane-caps to prevent pots moving in the event of courier turning boxes upside down - we hope they won't , but it can happen !!

*We aim to get your plants out to you within 7 days-10 days of receiving your order-
In our really busy weeks -April /May/June-  this could be up to 2 weeks
This will be shown on home page so you have advance warning !
If there is going to be any more time delay we will let you know

*If you know that you will be away between certain dates - please state on your order not to deliver between these times -Nothing worse than coming home to a box of sad dying plants 

*We try to let you know on our site if plants are sold out or when they will be available again
If you order plants that say available in 4 weeks then that's when we will send them out -
We are not in control of the weather - so sometimes it may be a bit delayed - esp in early spring where cold weather can slow up the growing process ..
We won't send out parts of orders unless you specifically want us to - but then we  have will to charge you extra postage  Sorry !
You are free to cancel your order at any time prior to despatch

*When checking out just click on the correct area on the postage option 
Make sure all your details are correct - and if you have a different delivery address please make sure that's filled in , add any other instructions and off you go !
Delivery to Mainland UK is  £9.95 regardless of quantity

-Highlands and Islands
For up to 12 plants is £16.00 - over that amount of plants please enquire
If you need more than that please enquire for costing as costing is worked out on volumetric size of box and weight
We can no longer Deliver to Eire and EU - Sorry but it's now all too complicated and expensive
We have  added Click and Collect to our postage options so you can save on postage if you are local or passing by
You need to contact us to organise a time that is convienient for all of us
Please add your required pick up dates to your order and make sure we have acknowledged it !
